Payment Plans

Each camp week is reserved with a deposit of $100. In addition, the remaining camp balance needs to be paid in full either by June 1st or, if you register after June 1st, 2 weeks prior to your registered camp week.  We can work with you to set up an automated payment plan using automatic payments with MasterCard, Visa, or American Express and it can also be set up during registration through Camp Brain.  Payments will be broken down and paid on the first business day of each month with camp paid in full at least two weeks prior to your camper’s arrival.

Note: Scholarships and Fee Reductions apply only to summer overnight camps and may be limited.

INCOME-BASED SLIDING SCALE SCHOLARSHIPS

We offer income-based sliding scale scholarships. These scholarships are based on your family’s income and funds are limited. For an application, click the “Financial Assistance” button below.

ADDITIONAL FEE REDUCTIONS

Multi-Week: $30 off each additional session after first session registered.

Sibling: $25 off for second and any additional family members (in same household).

YMCA Member: $60 off each registered camper if there is a current family membership to the YMCA.

Military: 15% off for each registered camper if there is an active military parent/guardian.
